Leaked Motorola X Phone Press Image and Specs

Since we first heard about the "X Phone", there have been so many different stories about Motorola's flagship smartphone. The latest one was that Motorola X project is not just one phone, which was basically confirmed by Motorola's advisor Guy Kawasaki. He posted a video hinting to the customizable features of Motorola's X phone.

However, according to PhoneArena's tipster, we finally have confirmed specifications of the phone. Allegedly the phone features Qualcomm flagship SoC Snapdragon 800, a quad-core processor clocked at 2 GHz. Furthermore, the phone is said to have a 4.7-inch 1280 x 768 resolution display with sapphire glass coating, which is three times harder to break than Corning Gorilla Glass coated screens and will be totally waterproof. Although, there are some rumours about Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection. The X Phone will run customized Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. Leaked image

It is also said to feature the Sony Exmor RS sensor, which is used in the Sony Xperia Z and will use a strong 4,000 mAh battery for all-day use. The device is rumoured with two launch dates, one in November and one at Google I/O starting on May 15. Leaked press image suggests that the launch time is not that far away, but Motorola will keep the secret on its X Project for a little longer.
