Even though the HTC One smartphone is again further postponed, folks over at iFixit got their hands on one unit which they immediately disassemble. According to them, the HTC One is one of the least repairable smartphone ever made. As the smartphone is built from one continuous piece of aluminum with no external screws, this is not necessarily a terrible thing as it will be extremely durable to knocks and drops.
