At its own Facebook page, Razer announced that the company started shipping Razer Edge and Edge Pro gaming tablets to those who pre-ordered the unit last month. Those who want the Razer Edge Pro 128/256 GB will have to wait because they are currently on backorder, or they can order the Edge 64 GB version which is still available for purchase on Razer store.
Formerly known as Project Fiona, the Razer Edge and Edge are 10.1-inch Windows 8 gaming tablets with detachable gaming controllers as well as optional keyboard docks. Although, the keyboard docks are currently unavailable for purchase.
Both of the tablets come with pre-installed Steam software which has more than 40 million users and more than 2,000 titles. The Razer Edge will cost you $999,99 while the Edge Pro tablet costs $300 more.
