Like in the US where we have four versions of HTC One smartphone, China is also receiving similar treatment. According to Engadget, the Chinese versions of the HTC One will be different from those sold in the West.
All three major Chinese carriers will have their own version. The three flavors are 802w, 802t and 802d, intended for China Unicom (WCDMA), China Mobile (TD-SCDMA) and China Telecom (CDMA), respectively.
Thanks to a Sina Weibo user, we have real photos of the HTC One 802w smartphone. Due to unibody design, users were unable to change anything in the phone. As the handsets come with dual SIM support, HTC had to use removable back cover. Along with that, there will be microSD slot to upgrade smartphone storage capacity.
