CAD drawings allegedly belonging to Sony's unannounced high-end Android Smartphones have been leaked. The images suggest that the Xperia Z3, which would become Sony's flagship Smartphone for 2H 2014, would sport dimensions that are similar to that of the Xperia Z2. The exact numbers are 146.46 x 72.09 x 7.3mm, making it slightly slimmer and narrower.
There's also the Xperia Z3 Compact, which is said to sport a 4.6-inch display. This device has far more compact dimensions - 129 x 64.9 x 8.8mm, which makes it nearly as big as the Motorola Moto X. Personally, I'd go for the Xperia Z3 Compact over the two.
The Sony Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact will reportedly be announced at IFA 2014, in September.
