Huawei has released a video in the lead-up to IFA 2014 in Berlin, and the video appears to tease the company's next smartphone, the Ascend Mate 7. It has been reported that Huawei will introduce the smartphone during a press conference at IFA, and this video backs up those reports.
The Ascend Mate 7 is expected to be a 6-inch device with a fingerprint scanner, full-HD display, Hisilicon octa-core Kirin 920 SoC, and 4K video recording capabilities. The octa-core chip is said to include four 1.8 GHz cores and four 1.3 GHz cores.
Some from of automotive integration has been rumored in connection to the phone as well, but we are not sure what that means feature-wise.
