Once again, a serial leak tweeter @evleaks has some additional information to share with us. It is about Motorola's upcoming smartphone known as X Phone. Although recent rumours were suggesting that Google could drop the whole project, apparently everything is ready for the launch.
The latest details suggest that Motorola is going to launch a mid-range device with a 720p display, a dual-core Krait processor running at 1.7 GHz, paired with 2 GB of RAM and MSM8960 Pro chipset. The Moto X will have 16 GB of internal memory and two cameras, 2-megapixel front and 10-megapixel rear-facing shooter. This looks slightly unusually as we are yet to see a phone that packs a 10-megapixel camera. It is either an 8-megapixel or 13-megapixel shooter.
During the D11 conference in May, the company's CEO Dennis Woodside has revealed that the handset will arrive in October and is going to be manufactured in the US.
