Rumors that Nokia is preparing a large phablet are starting to get its confirmation. Thanks to a xda-developers member and leaked screenshots, we finally know what the phablet could look like. First of all, it confirms all recent specifications. This means it uses 6.44-inch IPS display that offers 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, which results in 342 ppi pixel density. The display's resolution is listed at 1080 x 1824 pixels, meaning the rest of the pixels is reserved for the virtual buttons.
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974 chipset, better known as Snapdragon 800, and a quad-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz accompanied with Adreno 330 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. There is 16 GB of built-in memory that is expandable up to 64 GB via microSD slot.
In terms of imaging, there will be an 8-megapixel Exmor RS-based primary camera and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing one. The OS version is Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The Sony Xperia Z Ultra, codenamed Togari, is expected to launch next month, on July 4.
