Facebook, starting July 8th i.e. Monday, began rolling out their spanking new Graph Search for all users in the US. Think not of this update as a simple UI revamp, it brings in a host of new features such as allowing the user to make advanced search queries like "Who are my friends in San Francisco" or "people who went to Stanford who like the 49ers" or even "Restaurants in Tokyo liked by my friends." Quite cool huh?

This updated tool takes us back to the company's roots, their original goal of connecting people. Additionally, Graph Search will have Bing as one of its data sources, presenting users weather updates on their timeline. The new Graph Search, although it begins rolling out today, will take several weeks before all the users receive the update.
