AndroidNext.de has got their hands dirty with new images showing off both the phone body and internal hardware of HTC's unannounced HTC One Mini Smartphone. The leaked images confirms the 4.3" HD (1280 x 720) display, but also brings in bad news with respect to RAM.
The new set of leaked images, showing CPU-Z screens of the HTC One Mini confirm that the device has indeed just 1 GB of RAM, 50% lesser than the previously assumed content of 2 GB. The One Mini will sport a dual-core Snapdragon 400 SoC clocked in at 1.4 GHz, the new Adreno 305 GPU, the same 4 MP UltraPixel camera as its big brother and a 1.6 MP front facing camera for self-shots and video calling. Battery capacity is unknown, but previous leaks put it at a somewhat disappointing 1800 mAh.
