Samsung Exynos in a tweet earlier today revealed that the company will take the wraps off a new Exynos 5 Octa chipset next week. I won't say "I told you so!". The new Exynos 5 Octa will no doubt be an improved version of the present Exynos 5410 chipset which can be found in the Samsung Galaxy S4. The new SoC, which we presume would be dubbed the Exynos 5420, will be an enhanced and improved version of the original SoC. While we can't confirm, but we do hope that Samsung fixed their big.LITTLE design problems and this time round, the chipset ends up more power efficient (as it should originally have been). What we're a 100% sure of is that the new chipset will without a doubt end up in the to-be-announced Galaxy Note III phablet.
Take part in the giveaway and you can stand a chance to win some brand new Exynos powered chipset. However, nowhere is it mentioned whether the device is powered by the new Exynos 5 Octa chipset.
