Even while Google is all set to officially announce Android 4.3 Jelly Bean in their press event slated for next week (July 23, in case you missed our previous post), a new video posted on YouTube and running on the Google Nexus 4 further details the yet-to-be-official OS. Sadly, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean doesn't bring much to the table, with changes minimal from what we (and the rest of the world) have gathered from leaked images to full working ROMS (the newest leak was in the Nexus 4).

The Verge reported that a tipster left them a few more notes. The anonymous person claims that he has Android 4.3 Jelly Bean running on his tablet, the Google Nexus 7, and that the differences between Android 4.2 and 4.3 on the 7-inch tablet is even less prominent. The updated dialer and camera app, which were part of the biggest changes in Android 4.3, are missing from the tablet, so the tipster's word can be taken for real.
