Virgin Mobile announced today that it added LG Optimus F3 smartphone to its portfolio. Although the smartphone is already available for free under contract with Sprint, prepaid carrier Virgin Mobile will sell the LG Optimus F3 for only $179.99 as contract-free smartphone.

LG Optimus F3 is a 4-inch smartphone with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.1.2, and 4G LTE data connectivity. The handset features a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a VGA front-facing camera, and a 2,460mAh battery. Moving on, the phone also includes NFC and a microSD card slot.
