A recent filing with the FCC, America's telecom regulatory body, revealed that an LTE-enabled variant of Galaxy Tab 3 is headed for AT&T. Carrier-locked variants of the tablet will show up at AT&T's outlets, pretty soon. Although the carrier wasn't mentioned in the filing a dead giveaway is the band configuration of its cellular modem. The tablet is configured to talk to LTE networks over US LTE bands 2, 4, 5, and 17; and 3G UMTS bands of 850 MHz and 1900 MHz; which are allotted to AT&T.
