YU officially announced their second Smartphone today. The YU Yuphoria is an affordable Android Smartphone that the company had been teasing for over a month. While the specifications of the YU Yuphoria compete with the Samsung Galaxy A3, it's pricing is close to that of the Xiaomi Redmi 2.

The YU Yuphoria is a capable device, packing a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM. Another notable feature is that the YU Yuphoria supports 4G LTE networks. The device is one of the most affordable 4G LTE capable handsets to be announced for the Indian market.
Thanks to a strategic partnership with Cyanogen Inc., all YU devices run on Cyanogen OS, and the Yuphoria is no exception. This device is loaded with Cyanogen OS 12, which is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop, out-of-the-box.
The YU Yuphoria comes with a metal frame, which gives it a premium look and feel. The 5-inch IPS laminated display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. YU will offer the device in two colors - Buffed Steel, and Champagne Gold.
The YU Yuphoria is priced at Rs. 6999 ($109) in India. Registrations are live on Amazon.in, whereas the first flash sale will take place on May 28th, exactly two weeks from today.
