Galaxy S II owners are in for some bad news. It looks like Samsung might cancel the much awaited Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update for the 2011 Android superstar, and no, this doesn't mean that it will get Android 4.3 instead, which the Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II will receive. While Samsung had originally promised an update to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (and probably even had plans for an Android 5.0 update, before Android 4.3 turned up out of the blue), the update has run into issues mainly related to TouchWiz, Samsung's homebrewed Android interface.

Thankfully, Android 4.2 been nothing but an incremental update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The same goes for Android 4.3. Unless you're a big fan of quick toggles and lockscreen widgets, you aren't missing much.
