Look here folks, here's the first official confirmation of the specifications of Samsung's upcoming phablet, and it's the long rumored Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC powering this 5.7" or 5.99" (Samsung's really confused) phablet, or at least a variant of it. It could be that the regions which got the Snapdragon 600 version of the Galaxy S4 get the Snapdragon 800 version of the Galaxy Note III. There's a SM-900S destined for South Korea's SK Telecom, while the SM-N900L is headed for the LGU+ carrier. We're pretty sure that there will be a region-specific version packing the new Exynos 5420 Octa-core chipset, but that's not been confirmed yet.
