Samsung Galaxy S III Edges The Apple iPhone 5 When It Comes To Customer Satisfaction

If you take the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) into account, Korean company Samsung fares better than natives Apple when it comes to their flagship devices. The survey, taken in March (no Galaxy S4 back then) shows both the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note II to be head of the iPhone 5 when it comes to customer satisfaction. Speaking of scores, the Galaxy S4 gets an 84 out of 100. The Note II scores 82 out of 100 on the same scale, typing with Apple's 2011 flagship, iPhone 4S. The iPhone 5 on the other hand comes out under all three of these devices, with an index score of 81 points out of 100.

Ironically, the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), the exact same study done in South Korea (Samsung's homeland) shows the Apple iPhone 5 leading when it comes to customer satisfaction when compared to the Galaxy S4. Is this a classic example of the "grass is greener on the other side" except where the people really think that it really is greener on the other side coming true or what?
