Samsung will reportedly release its Gear S2 smartwatch in the United States on October 2. The wearable was revealed earlier this month, but Samsung hasn't said when it would become available in the US. An internal training video, however, has revealed the wearable's availability. That video says the Gear S2 will be available from Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile on October 2.
It'll take another month for the cellular version of the Gear S2 to become available. Sprint is not part of the device's initial US release.
The video didn't mention pricing, but the device's price has already been revealed for the Canadian market. The standard model will cost C$400 ($301) or C$430 ($324) for the classic.
