Microsoft will have hard times in 2017 with its Surface Pro lineup. Not only Lenovo will compete against Surface Pro lineup with its impressive MIIX 720, but Dell as well with Latitude 5285. The 2-in-1 device is a direct competitor to Microsoft's own Surface Pro 4.
The Dell Latitude 5285 tablet features a 12.3-inch display with 1080p resolution, and is powered by Intel's dual-core Kaby Lake processor, up to 16 GB of RAM, and up to 1 TB of SSD. Dell also includes LTE and WiGig options, as well as support for fingerprint and security card readers.
The tablet comes with a built-in kickstand, a soft keyboard, and stylus support. In terms of connection, there are two USB Type-C ports, one USB 3.0 port, a micro-SIM slot option, one microSD slot, and a keyboard connector.
The device will go on sale on February 28 starting at $899.
