Next-Gen iPhones To Feature Wireless Charging

Pretty much every flagship Android, and now even some mid-range smartphones, come with wireless charging, which is one of the key features that is missing on iPhones. Not for long, as Apple has been working with Foxconn on wireless charging modules for 2017 iPhones.

The rumour has it that Apple will unveil three new iPhones and all of them will come with wireless charging technology, including the anniversary model with an OLED touchscreen called either iPhone 8 or iPhone X.

Due to increased temperature while using the wireless charging, Apple will reportedly create a new 3D Touch module for the screen with "additional graphite sheet lamination" that will prevent the device from malfunctioning.
