Apple is exploring multiple augmented reality features that could be included with the next iPhone, reports Bloomberg. The company has "hundreds of engineers" working on AR tech, among which are some individuals from Microsoft's HoloLens team and Facebook's Oculus.
Among the features that could appear on the iPhone are the ability to retroactively change the depth of an object in a photo and the ability to rotate an object. Other options would let users add virtual effects and objects to a photo.
Reports have claimed Apple is working on an iPhone with a camera that offers an infrared projector and receiver for AR capabilities.
