Nokia's next "big" device is literally big. The Lumia 1520 is the company's first ever phablet, and also happens to be the first Windows Phone powered Smartphone with such a large display. True, the 6-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) panel will impress WP8 lovers, who will be greeted to an expansive real estate of AMOLED goodness with the upcoming Lumia 1520.
The rear camera on this giant device is said to be a 20.7 MP PureView unit, down from the 41 MP unit found in the not-so-long-ago announced Lumia 1020, the company's current flagship device. A new leaked image from earlier today confirms that US carrier giant Verizon will be selling the phone, quite possibly from day 1 of Lumia 1520's launch. Oh, in case you plan to purchase this phone/phablet, mark September 26th on your calendars right away.
