Android 4.4 KitKat, LG Nexus 5 Lands On October 14th: Rumor

Here's a new rumor that will keep you excited for the rest of the weekend. To all those who have been waiting it out to pick up Google's next-generation flagship Smartphone, the date might be just a month away from now. We might see the Nexus 5 on October 14th, according to a new rumor. The new Nexus Smartphone is once again made by LG, and is said to be based on the LG G2 design, except that the display is 5.0-inch diagonal and the rear physical buttons are missing (phew!).

Also, the rumor says that Google will launch the next installment to Android, 4.4 KitKat, on the same day. We know almost nothing about KitKat, and the minor version bump to 4.4 but a completely new name has left us confused as to whether the next Android version is a major bump or just another Android 4.3 in the making. Anyhow, if the rumor is true, we shall find out the truth soon enough.
