Software updates are always painful, especially if they bring serious upgrades over previous versions. When it comes to mobile devices, we are already used to having a lot of annoying issues when a new major update is released. The same goes for Apple's latest iOS 11 update, which brought a lot of new features as well as a few bugs.
Just days after release, Apple launched a new iOS 11.0.1 version that includes bug fixes and improvements for iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, users were still reporting 3D Touch lag, battery life reduction, app crashes and more.
Apple has now released a new update that fixes an issue with crackling sound, some photos to become hidden and problems in S/MME encrypted emails that would not open. Most of other issues are still present and we are sure that Apple is working on fixing them.
