World Of Warplanes Gets British Warbirds

Even though Wargaming's highly anticipated flight combat MMO, World of Warplanes, is still in open beta as it gets closer to release, that isn't stopping them from adding new content. They have announced that British Royal Air Force planes have been flown in.

The latest version, which is 0.5.3, adds several branches of British and heavy fighters, including some well know historical planes like the Spitfire, Blenheim F., Skua and the Javelin.

The update also adds new options for advanced mouse control and eleven gift and premium planes, and also two new maps, Fjords and Easter Front.

We reported earlier that Wargaming had pushed out the release date of World of Warplanes to November 12th to get in a little last minute polishing of the game.
