Softbank Arrows A Detailed: 2,600 mAh Battery that Tanks Up in 10 Minutes

Softbank announced the Fujitsu Arrows A high-end smartphone, equipped with a cutting-edge battery-recharging mechanism which lets its 2,600 mAh battery tank up on a day's worth of charge in about 10 minutes, in what could be an engineering breakthrough.

The phone's high-end credentials are solid. You get a 5-inch LCD display with full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution, a combination of 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras handing the imaging department, matte plastic bodies available in three color options - white, black, and hot-pink, and some premium innards.

Under the hood, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 runs the show, with its quad-core Krait 400 CPU clocked at 2.30 GHz, and Adreno 330 quad-core GPU. The chip is wired to a 100 Mbps LTE-capable soft-modem, 2 GB of RAM, 64 GB of expandable memory, and Android 4.2.2 "Jelly Bean."
