Samsung is one of those few OEMs who actually update a large number of their phones to newer versions of Google's Android operating system. A leaked Samsung KONX internal document has revealed something that will make Galaxy S4 Mini and Galaxy Mega owners rejoice upon reading.
The Korean firm is planning to eventually push out the Android 4.4 KitKat update for both the devices in the future. Mind you, no definite timeframe has been specified (that's because the said version of Android hasn't been released yet), but both these devices are 99% confirmed to get the update sometime in 2014. It could come nearly 6 months after Google releases the OS, but it will come. Unless you get that 1% unlucky and Samsung scraps the update plans altogether (as we've seen it happen in the past).
