Even after announcing two new Desire Smartphones, Taiwanese phone maker HTC wasn't done. The company also announced the third (and final new) entrant to the Desire range of Smartphones. The HTC Desire 7060 is almost identical to the Desire 7088, save for a few features from here and there. Specifications wise, the two devices are identical. You get the same 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 SoC, 1 GB of RAM, 5-inch qHD (960 x 540) Super LCD2 display, 8 GB of expandable storage, 8 MP rear and 2.1 MP front cameras, 2,100 mAh battery and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 5. The HTC Desire 7060 also features dual-SIM slots and HTC BoomSound, although (just like the other two), lacks Zoe. The design itself is nearly identical to that of the Desire 7088, whose design is in turn heavily derived from the HTC One. The single biggest difference would be the black band running along the edge of the display, which kind of makes the Desire 7060 a stand out. It is entirely possible that each of the new Desire devices is headed for different carriers in China, and hence the slightly different package but nearly identical specifications.
