Lava is gearing up to launch their first 4G enabled XOLO-branded Smartphone in India. Dubbed "XOLO LT900", the device allegedly features a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro which comes with the old Adreno 225 GPU, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable storage, a 4.3-inch HD (1280 x 720) OGS display, 8 MP BSI rear camera and of course, support for 4G networks in India.
At present, only Airtel provides 4G network in India. And that too, in a limited number of cities (Kolkata, Bangalore and Pune at present). It'll be interesting to see XOLO team up with the nation's largest operator in an effort to push 4G to the consumers. However, the last time Airtel had tried this with a Huawei phone, they had failed miserably.
