Folks living in the US who dream of owning the Sony Xperia Z1, which happens to be the company's best flagship Smartphone till date, have to shell out $669 to purchase the contract-free HSPA+ variant directly from Sony Store. That may change soon, thanks to T-Mobile. We've known it for a while now, but take this as an unofficial "official" confirmation. The Sony Xperia Z1 has received Bluetooth SIG certification in the US and is headed for T-Mobile. Soon, you will be able to pick up this baby with a two-year agreement signed. No word on the upfront cost of the phone, but we wouldn't be too surprised to see a full $199 price tag slapped onto it.
