Nokia has been working on a successor to the extremely popular entry-level WP8 Smartphone, the Lumia 520. Replicating such a huge success with another budget device will be a tough feat, and the Lumia 525 hopes to achieve that and bring better specifications while at the same time remaining on a diet (for the wallet). According to TENAA, the new Lumia 525 packs 1 GB of RAM, while keeping most of the other features (such as display size, camera, lack of LED flash) constant. Even then, the doubling of RAM alone is a big bonus. No more "incompatible" apps and games due to lack of RAM.
The expected launch time frame for the Lumia 525 is mid-December.
