Omate, a Hong Kong-based company that designs wearable devices, has been working on new smartwatch. Although it has strong competition from Samsung, Pebble, Sony and many others, Omate thinks it has what it takes to have the best smartwatch device at the market.
According to rumours, Omate's upcoming smartwatch comes with MediaTek MT6572 solution, which has a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor. Except this would be the first smartwatch that incorporate a dual-core processor, it will also come with integrated WiFi, FM, GPS and Bluetooth support. The Omate smartwatch is expected to arrive in early 2014.
