Although the company turned off some of the PlayStation Network features to ensure a smooth launch in Europe, some of the North America and Canada users are suffering connection issues. Sony has confirmed that they are aware of the problem and ask for patience.
After having hardware issues with the PS4 release in US, Sony is once again facing issues with its next-generation gaming console. Those who can't connect to PSN and are getting E-80E80034 and NW-31453-6 error code are also unable to install the PlayStation 4's day one update directly through the console. Luckily, Sony is investigating the problem and should provide the fix very soon.
