Oppo N1, the unique new 6-inch class smartphone from Oppo will be internationally available next week. Its international prices are fixed at $599 in the US, and 449€ in the EU. Its launch is expected to be wider than simply the US and EU.
Oppo N1 will be internationally available on December 10th, 2013, and sold mostly as contract-free, and not tied to any carrier. The device will be sold online through leading online retailers, and at this point, details of availability through ground stores are not at hand.
Oppo N1 features a 5.9-inch IPS LCD display with full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. It features a curvy, yet flat body, with its top portion suspended along hinges, which let you tilt its primary 13-megapixel camera and earpiece either on the front or back, letting you take selfies in full 13-megapixel glory.
Under the hood, the N1 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chip clocked at 1.70 GHz, wired to 2 GB of RAM, and expandable storage. The device runs vanilla Android 4.2, with an unlocked boot-loader, letting you run whichever flavor of CyanogenMod you want.
