According to a recent post on SamMobile, Samsung will announce a whopping 5.8-inch Android powered smartphone sometime this year. The device features large 5.8-inch QHD display and should come with either Android 4.1.2 or 4.2.1. The device was first named as Samsung Galaxy Player 5.8 and only intended as a media player. However, the company changed their plans and the device became a smartphone.

The handset supposedly features the name of Galaxy Fonblet 5.8 (GT-I9152), will have Dual-SIM support and a 3-megapixel shooter. It will hit the market only in Pure White color, and SamMobile also reported that the handset will initially go on sale only in Europe.
