It hasn't been long since Gionee launched the Elife E7, which is the company's flagship Smartphone, and also the first one to be powered by Qualcomm's powerful Snapdragon 800 quad-core chipset. And what do we have here today? The Gionee Elife E7 Mini, which was launched in India earlier today.
Sporting a design that is very similar to that of its full-sized brother, the Elife E7 Mini is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 chipset with 1 GB of RAM. On the back of the device lies a 13 MP swivel-mounted camera, which is not too different from the one found on the Oppo N1. Also, the phone's 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720) display is an IGZO panel from Sharp. Gionee has put some top notch parts in the phone. The battery compartment is filled by a 2,100 mAh unit, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Amigo 2.0 UI overlay can be found running happily on this hardware, all of which which costs Rs. 18,999 in India. Quite an attractive price for this stunning octa-core Smartphone.
