Fresh reports, based on the word of an anonymous LG official, say that LG's upcoming flagship Smartphone may feature a fingerprint reader. If true, the LG G3 might most probably lose the rear physical buttons, as the space would then be occupied by a fingerprint reader (that is where HTC placed the gimmicky piece of technology on the One Max).
"LG has recently made a decision to adopt the fingerprint scanner on the upcoming G3, the successor of the G2, and is conducting a series of tests for the product."-Anonymous LG official
It could be that LG decided to include a fingerprint reader in response to reports that the Galaxy S5 might also be packing the same. Well, it looks like Apple has once again become a trend setter.
