White Nexus 4 in the Works, Pictured

Even as Google struggles to keep up with demand for the Nexus 4 handset it co-developed with LG, there is proof of a new all-white (Ceramic White?) variant crawling its way through the pipeline. Pictured above, the white Nexus 4 retains its print pattern on the back with shades of gray, and probably features a contrasting black frame around its 4.7-inch screen.

Talk of a white Nexus 4 began last November, when the rumor mill cited the white Galaxy Nexus as precedent and basis. The fabled white Nexus 4 went on to miss its reported December 2012 launch. This new picture indicates a product launch not being too far away.

The Nexus 4 features a 4.7-inch 720p screen with an oleophobic Gorilla Glass 2 surface, 8-megapixel primary and 1.3-megapixel front cameras, Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU with 2 GB RAM, 8 or 16 GB fixed storage (options), connectivity that includes 3.5G HSPA+ cellular (which can be hax'd to do LTE), 802.11 b/g/n, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, and HDMI. The latest Android 4.2 "Jelly Bean" is at the helm.
