Micromax Canvas LapTab To Cost Under Rs. 30,000?

At CES this year, Indian company Micromax had an interesting product to showcase. On their CES debut, Micromax showed off Canvas LapTab, a "dual-OS" device that runs both Windows 8.1 and Android on the same device. Packing a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 display, the LapTab is powered by Intel's Celeron N2805 (Atom) processor clocked at 1.46 GHz, has 2 GB of RAM and also boasts USB 3.0 ports, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 support. 32 GB of expandable storage, a 7,400 mAh battery and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean complete LapTab's spec sheet.

According to Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma, the Canvas LapTab will be launched in India for under $500, which means a sub-Rs. 30,000 price tag is definitely in the cards. Sounds like a good price for a dual-OS device that gives you both Windows and Android (x86) on the same tablet?
