DayZ Standalone Version Hits 1 Million in Unit Sales

We reported one week ago that the alpha version of the standalone version of DayZ had hit 875,000 in unit sales. It's was not too surprising then when Bohemia Interactive's CEO Mark Spenel revealed on his Twitter account that the game had hit the one million mark.

The game had hit 200,000 in a little over 24 hours, which is also not that surprising as prior to the standalone version, the DayZ mod was responsible for catapulting the three year old Arma back onto the PC best selling charts.

The game is currently in alpha and you can join the fun if you have no problem dealing with bugs and other issues that may arise.
