Google has reportedly bought Deepmind, an Artificial Intelligence startup from London. Re/code reports that the deal cost Google $400 million, a figure that hasn't been confirmed officially yet. Deepmind works on "general purpose learning algorithms." Their previous projects involve various fields, including games, e-commerce, etc.
