Ubisoft has confirmed that Watch Dogs, proclaimed by many to be among the first wave of next-generation games, is landing on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on May 27th. Alongside the announcement, Ubisoft has also released a new story trailer that is really worth watching right away.
Anyway, we have some more information to share with you, and it's going to contribute towards the ongoing next-gen console wars. While PS4 gamers will get to enjoy Watch Dogs at 1080p/30fps, Xbox One owners will be limited to 960p/30fps, which is still far better than 720p. Meanwhile, PC gamers will be able to crank the settings up to 4K resolution, frame rate variable (meaning now frame rate cap, phew).
May 27th can't come soon enough.
