Google Now has finally made the jump from mobile devices and landed on the desktop. Google is now pushing out their contextual information service to Windows and Mac versions of Chrome browser "starting today and rolling out over the next few weeks." To enable the feature, all you need to do is sign in with your Google account, and you're set. Google Now cards will show on your desktops and laptops only if you have the service enabled on your phone, which most people already do.
