You would think that Samsung would create a hullabaloo upon launching its first WP8 powered handset in a long time, but that isn't the case with the new Samsung ATIV SE. This device can be thought of as the Windows Phone equivalent of a Galaxy S4, powered by a 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 SoC, 2 GB RAM, a 13 MP rear camera and a 2,600 mAh battery. The ATIV SE is now up for pre-order at Verizon for $199 with a two-year contract. Shipping commences April 12th. Bear in mind, the ATIV SE runs WP8, with an update to WP8.1 coming in the near future.
