Dell's Ubuntu-powered XPS-13 Developer Edition has gone public. After Dell launched upgraded XPS 13 Ultrabook, which got 1080p display, the company is now offering Developer Edition notebook equipped with Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS operating system and a few additions, like cloud-oriented software for complex development environments.

The XPS 13 Developer Edition will not be available only in United States. The notebook will also be available in many European stores within a week for a price of $1,549.
