SwiftKey No Longer Paid, Switches To Freemium

SwiftKey is switching up its business model by making its Android application free. Until now, users have had to pay $3.99 for the keyboard application but now, it will be free with the option to pay more for keyboard styles. If people buy the extra keyboard styles, SwiftKey can easily bring in just as much money from those.

The new freemium app is available on Google Play and should be reaching the Amazon store soon--SwiftKey says that it is still in talks with Amazon.
