Nintendo Planning On A 'Big E3'

Nintendo is going to have a big E3 presence this year. According to Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime, the company intends to highlight multiple games during the event. He didn't go into details about what will be present at E3. Switch and 3DS games will be present.

Fallout 4 VR Experience Will Be At E3 2017

Bethesda is going to bring a playable version of Fallout 4 for VR to the E3 show floor this year. Bethesda's Pete Hines confirmed the upcoming VR version and said that while he doesn't really play virtual reality games, game director Todd Howard has said positive things.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole Delayed

Ubisoft has announced another delay for South Park: The Fractured But Whole that could see the game pushed back to 2018. It's now scheduled to be released in the next fiscal year, giving it a release date sometime between April 2017 and March of next year.

E3 Will Be Open To Public This Year

For the first time in its history, E3 is going to be open to the public this year. An announcement from the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) says 15,000 tickets will be available to anyone beginning February 13. Each ticket is $250, though early tickets are $150.

EA Skipping E3 2017, Holding Separate Event

Just like in 2016, EA isn't going to hold a press conference at E3 or have a booth. Instead, it'll be holding a separate event relatively close to E3. EA Play 2017 is scheduled to run from June 10 through June 12 at the Hollywood Palladium. Games will be playable at the event.
