Twitter is always trying out new things, and now it is hinting at a few changes that could make users very happy. The first change being hinted at is the addition of private group chats to the service, while the other change would be an upgraded search system. Twitter's CFO Anthony Noto says that Twitter is looking to improve search by showing topic-content "as it relates to people."
Hints even from Dick Costolo have pointed to a private group chat service, and Noto briefly mentioned it as well. Twitter thinks that some chats currently seen in public on the network would be better off in private, so the service would like to make that possible.
