Lenovo has a pretty strong last year and is determined to expand even more this year. Although the company has released smartphones in the past, they weren't too impressive. However, the upcoming Golden Warrior S8 has been leaked online and looks really solid.
An online retailer has probably listed the phone by mistake and revealed what we could expect from it. It sports a 5.3-inch LTPS display that is covered with Gorilla Glass and has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, we can find a MediaTek MTK6592M chipset with quad-core CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage.
Other specs include 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 megapixel front facing shooter, a 2,000 mAh battery and a dual-SIM support, while connectivity includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth. It measures 146 x 76.7 x 7.9 mm and weighs about 146 grams. The only somewhat disappointing thing about the handset is it will run Android 4.2 operating system.
Lenovo Golden Warrior S8 will come with a price tag of $200, but the availability date is currently unknown.
